Position Marketer/Business Development Location Los Angeles Hours per Week Full‑time, 40+ hours Compensation Strong base salary commensurate with experience Bonus opportunities PTO, sick days and paid holidays Cell phone and computer provided by company Reports To Owner Territory Los Angeles Summary To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand To promote the services of Paul Davis To build industry relationships Responsibilities Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business‑To‑Business visits Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow‑up accordingly Attend business networking functions to promote the business Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed Skills and Knowledge Strong verbal and written communication Strategic thinking and planning Project management and multitasking capability Strong organizational skills Exemplary computer skills, e.g., Internet & Microsoft Office Personal Characteristics Professional demeanor Personable, presentable, articulate Open, cooperative, enthusiastic Self‑directed with exceptional initiative Qualifications Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree Two or more years' sales and marketing experience Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal Paul Davis is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr In Summary: Paul Davis provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes .
