# Manager Sales Engineering Public/Government Majors, GermanyManagerialManagerialAs a Manager Security Engineering at Check Point you will be responsible for building scaling, and leading a dynamic Sales Engineering team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. The role requires a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products (Check Point Products a plus), excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in pre-sales leadership. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer and partner relationships, and ensuring the team meets exceeds sales targets.### Key Responsibilities1. **Leadership:**
* Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers
* Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals
* Foster a positive and collaborative team culture2. **Sales Strategy:**
* Develop and implement effective and wholistic technical strategies to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and support on new business opportunities, some accounts for other key organizations inside the company
* Stay updated on industry trends, market changes and cyber security technology3. **Customer/Partner Relationship Management:**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with your Sales Representative to key customers and partners to to understand customers/partners needs and tailor your cyber solutions to meet those needs
* Ensure high level of customer/partner satisfaction and retention
* Representing the company at customer, partner, and industry events4. **Performance Monitoring:**
* Track and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
* Translate corporate requirements into the suitable implementation for your respective team
* Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to SE Director5. **Coaching and Development:**
* Provide ongoing training, coaching to your team on best practices and effective working techniques
* Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration
and development within the team - and beyond
* Working with employees close to strategic account planning and MEDDPICC### Qualifications* Bachelor`s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar* Proven experience in cyber Security and all other related field leading into the best possible technical solution for the customer need* Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing and emerging cybersecurity environment* Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition* Great skills of talent management, coaching and supervising, 5 - 10 years+ FLM experience* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* In In-depth knowledge of IT security products and services, Cloud and SASE.
