13th January, 2026 Are you a customer service, sales, or fundraising superstar? MSWA is expanding our dynamic contact centre team, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver incredible results.
Our Contact Centre is open Monday – Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. We have casual, part-time and full-time options available to suit you and your lifestyle!
What you'll be doing
Engage with MSWA's supporters through inbound and outbound calls
No cold calling – all calls are existing supporters to build relationships and provide updates
Opportunity to work on MSWA's largest lottery campaign
Promote MSWA's products and encourage donations
Hit sales targets and celebrate team wins
Solve problems and make customers feel valued
Keep accurate records and stay sharp with ongoing training
Comfortable using computer systems and quickly adapting to new tools
Motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and help raise funds for a meaningful cause
NDIS Clearance required or willingness to obtain it
About you
Experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising (lottery ticket sales a plus)
Comfortable using computer systems and quickly adapting to new tools
Motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and help raise funds for a meaningful cause
NDIS Clearance required or willingness to obtain it
