Intelligence Analyst
to support our Mission Planning Cell (MPC) at Beale AFB, CA. The U‑2 enterprise depends on precise, timely, and multi‑source intelligence to drive mission planning, operational decisions, and national‑level assessments. Your expertise directly supports warfighters, senior policymakers, and the broader Intelligence Community.
What This Role Offers
A high‑impact role supporting one of the Air Force’s most critical ISR platforms
Daily engagement with multi‑source intelligence, operational planning, and national‑level analysis
Opportunities to influence assessments used across multiple Combatant Commands
A chance to mentor junior analysts and shape analytic tradecraft within the MPC
Work that directly contributes to national security and global situational awareness
What You Will Do
Analyze complex operational environments and mission landscapes
Leverage multi‑source ISR platforms to build assessments for warfighters, senior leaders, and IC‑wide products
Identify new data sources, analytic methods, and tradecraft improvements
Provide time‑critical recommendations under pressure
Operational & Strategic Support
Support intelligence collection, operations, and mission planning
Advise on ISR capabilities, threat assessments, and intelligence gaps
Contribute to internal publications and cross‑agency intelligence products
Share expertise with other analysts and provide mentorshipLead analytic efforts across multiple Combatant Commands
Identify opportunities to enhance MPC capabilities and analytic processes
What We’re Looking For
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Previously qualified as an Intelligence Analyst for a Federal Agency
Experience diversity requirements: At least two analysts must have prior experience with non‑Title 10 agencies (Intelligence Community)
At least one analyst must have prior experience from the U.S. Army, Navy, or Marine Corps
Knowledge of intelligence research, collection methods, and multi‑source systems
Knowledge of advanced analytical principles and database manipulation
Understanding of the national intelligence community, Joint/DoD structures, and interagency operations
Skill in conducting unbiased research and producing operational requirement assessments
Ability to manage classified material, synthesize disparate data, and make sound judgments under pressure
Active TS/SCI clearance
Ability to obtain a US Passport.
Preferred Experience
Experience with USAF airborne ISR, Fighter, or Bomber programs
Experience as an All‑Source Intelligence Analyst supporting Air Force major commands
Associate or bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, national security, or intelligence analysis
Proficiency in public speaking and familiarity with ICD‑206 standards
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Graduate of USAF Weapons School or a comparably competitive program
Experience with: Air Operations Center operations
Plans and requirements development
ISR infrastructure
Intelligence and Multi‑Domain Command & Control (MDC2) concepts
Experience as an Instructor or Evaluator
