Fulcrum Lifting, LLC is looking for a Full-Time Sales Product Specialist. The successful candidate must focus on new opportunities and successfully manage existing customer accounts to achieve annual sales objectives. The individual will work with customers, sales, and production to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer needs. The individual will need to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Fulcrum Lifting's products and rigging applications to identify leads on new opportunities, manage prospects and develop a robust sales pipeline.
Other duties include:
Target and acquire new business accounts particularly in the manufacturing and industrial markets.
Monitor trends in customer’s business activities and communicate to management in a timely manner.
Serve as an industry “expert” or consultant for the customer to engage and sell products
Analyze rigging applications as necessary for customers and assist with inspections when needed.
Assist or directly lead the training of customers.
Carry out the necessary administrative duties for effective sales management including CRM software management, expense forms, etc.
Fulcrum Lifting is a family owned, full-service rigging shop that fabricates, distributes, services and inspects rigging equipment. Successful candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent. In addition, we are looking for someone with:
Sales background in similar industry
Customer-Orientation
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to train
Problem solving abilities particularly relating to lifting and rigging applications
Mechanically inclined/Strong technical aptitude
Self-motivated & goal oriented
