The Opportunity As a

LeasingConsultant , you will be the face of the community, providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.You’llhave the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management while helping shape a welcoming, thriving community.

Compensation:

$21 to $23 per hour, based on your experience, with opportunities for commissions.

Schedule:

Flexible work schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.

WhatYou’llOwn Leasing & Sales

Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the community.

Assistin completingmarket surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.

Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.

Guide residents through move-in,ensuring a smooth experience.

Resident Experience & Service

Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.

Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.

Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.

Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.

Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.

Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith community turnover procedures.

Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and the team.

Problem Solving:

Able to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.

Qualifications

Experience:

At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).

Tech Proficiency:

Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
