Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical

Business Analyst

to serve as a critical bridge between business teams and technology systems within our organization. This role will act as the primary expert supporting our Business Intelligence, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, ensuring systems operate seamlessly to support accurate reporting, informed decision-making, and operational efficiency across the company.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who enjoys working cross-functionally and collaborating with stakeholders across departments, including sales, finance, product development, sourcing, and distribution. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly enhance strategic planning, improve workflows, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities System Excellence & Optimization

Maintain, support, and enhance information systems that support sales operations, financial reporting, product development, sourcing, and distribution

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all business systems

Act as the primary point of contact for system-related questions, enhancements, and troubleshooting

Product Data & Master Data Management

Align and manage product master data across PLM, ERP, and Business Intelligence systems

Ensure comprehensive and accurate product information is available to support real-time decision-making

Partner with business teams to maintain standardized data structures and processes

Business Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, system functionality, and operational efficiency

Translate business requirements into system solutions that support organizational goals

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system usability and performance

Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance

Develop, document, and execute test scripts to validate system functionality and business requirements

Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure high‑quality system delivery

Document system processes, enhancements, and best practices

User Support & Enablement

Provide responsive technical support to business users across multiple departments

Train and support users on system functionality and best practices

Troubleshoot system issues and elevate when necessary to ensure minimal disruption to operations

System Administration & Integration

Manage system access, user roles, security permissions, and administrative settings

Identify and support opportunities for system integration through web services, database connections, and other technical solutions

Collaborate with IT and external vendors to support system enhancements and integrations

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on system administration experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the apparel industry

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with PLM implementation or administration experience strongly preferred

Solid understanding of PLM, Business Intelligence, and ERP software ecosystems

Familiarity with Centric PLM, Exenta ERP, and Qlik Sense is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
