What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the local on-site program representative for small business and commercial customers
Install energy‑efficient equipment and conduct energy efficiency audits
Support Account Managers in selling and installing energy efficiency retrofits
Provide technical advice and training on installation and configuration according to client specifications
Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or Associate's degree with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
Must be 21+ years old with a clean valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle for travel within the defined territory
Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and maintain a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience conducting quality assurance reviews and energy audits of commercial buildings
Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and technical data gathering activities
Skills in developing training materials for field staff
