Position: Treasury Services Sales Associate (full time)
Department: Treasury Services (West TN)
Position Description Treasury Services Sales Account Manager will be responsible for working with all FirstCNB West TN region branches and teammates in generating sales of treasury services following the FirstCNB Treasury Services Call Plan. Attending branch team meetings, presenting and educating teammates on treasury services, generating leads, working closely with the calling officers and scheduling cold calls are functions of the sales associate. Must be comfortable meeting with our business customers/prospective customers and discussing treasury services.

Qualifications Sales Associates must be fully knowledgeable of all Treasury Services features and benefits in order to present to prospective TS clients and to sell and implement the services. Certifications such as the AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) or APRP Accredited Payments Risk Professional) is preferred.
Skills Needed Must present professional image. Strong technological skills a must. Strong communication skills with customers and teammates. Professional phone etiquette. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Excellent time management is necessary.
Working Conditions Available to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5:00pm. Must be able to work under minimal supervision and own initiative. Includes insurance benefits, two retirement plans, incentive plan and flexible work hours. Team atmosphere. Must be willing to travel. Will be required to travel to Dyersburg to corporate office one day per week.
