Retail & Community Engagement Manager – Part‑time
PART‑TIME POSITION AVAILABLE: Shifts are typically 2 hours per day
MUST HAVE MORNING/DAYTIME AVAILABILITY

We are looking for an enthusiastic part‑time
Retail & Community Engagement Manager
who is passionate about food quality, customer service, & community. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team offering unique menu items from scratch‑baked bread & pastries to soups, salads & sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
Availability: Mon‑Fri during peak lunch traffic; Saturdays as needed. Additional hours in November & December, including weekends & extended hours. Work Thanksgiving & Christmas breaks.
Lead and organize a team for the execution of holiday baskets and merchandise.
Greet and welcome guests to the brand; primary responsibilities include merchandising, daily basket making, stocking shelves, personal shopping assistance, inventory, cleaning, organization and assisting front‑of‑house operations when needed. Attend and participate in weekly management meetings.
Engage local schools for Knead Dough Fundraiser events, provide necessary information & paperwork to the Home Office. Host Knead Dough community partnership fundraising events. Partner with marketing and Home Office to host brand‑wide events, classes and store events.
Collaborate with General Managers, District Leadership, Regional Leadership, and the home office team to ensure store events are successful, reflect our brand, and provide exceptional customer service.
Partner with realtors and title companies in the community to drive gift basket and catering sales for the restaurant.
Qualifications
1+ years of customer service / retail experience
Attentiveness to compliance with local, state & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
Flexible schedule; shifts vary week to week depending on customer traffic & time of year; shifts may start as early as 7 am to 10 pm Monday‑Saturday
Must be at least 18 years of age
