The District Sales Manager
is responsible to grow, expand and maintain a required minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district; responsible to manage all Account Managers with the assigned district.
Candidate can be based in San Diego, CA, Chandler, AZ or Las Vegas, NV
Experience with
Salesforce or other CRM platforms
preferred.
Willing to travel up to 75% to 6 branches in the SW Region:
Farmington, NM
Chandler, AZ
Tucson, AZ
San Diego, CA
Las Vegas, NV
El Paso, TX
Travel expenses (hotel, food, mileage) will be covered.
Manage and support team members by:
Removing obstacles to success
Holding the team accountable to goals and KPIs
Coaching and fostering professional growth
