Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead in‑spa sales operations. This role focuses on upselling and cross‑selling treatment packages and retail products to existing clients. All daily clients are provided. There is
no lead generation responsibility . Success in this role is measured by individual sales performance, team results, and consistent achievement of daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Upsell and cross‑sell treatment packages and retail products to existing clients
Maximize revenue per client through service and product recommendations
Consistently meet individual daily sales quotas
Manage, coach, and support a sales team to ensure team sales targets are achieved
Monitor daily sales performance and provide real‑time guidance to the team
Ensure accurate tracking of sales activity using the CRM system
Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to support smooth client flow
Maintain a professional, client‑focused sales environment
Uphold company standards for service quality and sales performance
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or sales management
Strong upselling and closing skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
Goal‑oriented with a performance‑driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools
