We are seeking an experienced
Ag Sales Territory Manager
to manage and grow sales through an established dealer network. This role is responsible for developing strong dealer relationships, driving territory performance, and executing sales strategies that increase market share. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience working with agricultural dealers and a strong understanding of the ag marketplace. Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a defined territory through an established dealer network Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, and sales teams Drive sales growth by executing territory plans, promotions, and product launches Train dealer sales staff on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning Identify market opportunities, competitive activity, and customer needs within the territory Conduct regular dealer visits, ride-alongs, and field demonstrations when needed Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and production teams Represent the company at trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in agricultural sales, preferably managing or selling through a dealer network Strong knowledge of agricultural markets, customers, and seasonal sales cycles Proven ability to develop dealer relationships and grow territory revenue Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools) Preferred Experience
Experience in ag equipment, precision ag, crop inputs, livestock equipment, or related ag products Background working directly with farmers or ag retailers Experience launching new products or expanding dealer coverage Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives Vehicle allowance Dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off Why Join Us?
