Las Ruinas Bathhouse & Gym – Puerto Rico
Las Ruinas Bathhouse & Gym is looking for a full-time, in-house Social Media Manager to own and elevate our digital presence. This role is for someone who lives and breathes content, understands culture, and knows how to turn aesthetics and energy into real sales.
Important: This is a FULL-TIME position only. If you are seeking part-time work or plan to juggle other freelance or agency gigs, this role is not a fit. Full commitment is required.
What You'll Do
Manage and curate Instagram and TikTok daily
Create and post high-quality photos, videos, reels, and stories
Showcase the beauty, energy, and vibe of Las Ruinas
Produce content that drives memberships, day passes, events, and launches
Build local influencer and brand partnerships to boost sales
Create, launch, and manage paid ads on Meta and TikTok
Handle all inbound DMs and messages professionally
Maintain and update the Las Ruinas website to ensure clarity and visual appeal
Collaborate closely with ownership and on-site teams
Who You Are
Organized, proactive, and hungry to succeed
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content
Comfortable running paid social ads end-to-end
Strong visual taste aligned with luxury, wellness, and lifestyle brands
Excellent communicator with a positive attitude
Self-driven and accountable
