Job Summary
As a
Regional Account Manager (RAM) , you will represent the Shamrock brand by supporting customers across the hospital and retail pharmacy markets. You will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate labeling solutions. No prior experience is required
We provide training for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and a desire to learn. What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person as needed Build and maintain strong customer relationships Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalations Coordinate with production, graphics, and shipping teams Support Strategic Account Managers with quotes and follow-ups Reach out to customers to support reorders and new sales opportunities Analyze customer order history to anticipate needs Manage customer projects from start to finish What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, customer service, or account management Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required College degree a plus, not required Customer service or sales experience helpful but
not required Hybrid position based in
Oak Brook, Illinois , with a combination of in‑office and remote work. $60,000 – $80,000 base salary
