
Regional Account Manager – Future Opportunities (Connect With Us)
Shamrock Labels is proactively connecting with sales professionals with experience in the healthcare field as part of our ongoing growth planning. This is an exploratory opportunity intended to build relationships early. While there are no formal geographic restrictions, this is a hybrid role and we strongly prefer candidates located near Oak Brook, Illinois who are able to work on-site as needed.

The Regional Account Manager Role When opportunities arise, Regional Account Managers represent the Shamrock brand while building strong customer relationships and supporting sales growth. Prior experience as a Regional Account Manager is not required; we are interested in candidates with a solid foundation in healthcare-related sales or customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities
Managing customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
Partnering with graphics, production, shipping, and internal sales teams
Supporting Strategic Account Managers with quotes, contracts, and follow-up
Proactively identifying reorder opportunities and new business
Learning customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
Managing customer projects from inquiry through commercialization

Sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or related industries
