Ferrero International S.A.
The Senior National Account Manager leads the day-to-day management of key customer account for the assigned categories, drives sales, and delivers Ferrero’s Point of Purchase objectives. This role develops winning strategies, fosters strong relationships, and supports team members to achieve outstanding results.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies with assigned customers, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes for Ferrero, customers, and consumers
Manage daily customer relationships and support senior sales management in customer engagement
Negotiate case deals, price points, activation activities, and cost price increases with key partners
Accurately forecast sales and manage trade spend within budget
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, complete regular reporting
Prepare and deliver field activation briefs for key initiatives
Coach and support the professional development of the team
About You:
University degree
Strong relevant experience in account management, sales, or related fields
Knowledge of market trends, retailer operations, selling skills, category management, and merchandising techniques
Stong financial acumen with strong analytical skillset
Results-driven mindset, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
Proficiency in MS Offce and data analysis tools
