Mountain Lumber Company is seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing commercial business. This role is ideal for someone with sales and marketing experience who enjoys being creative, understands how businesses operate, and is comfortable supporting multiple functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Creative Support
Create marketing materials including ads, flyers, and sales collateral
Manage and contribute to company social media platforms
Assist with marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives
Help communicate product offerings, sustainability initiatives, and brand messaging
Support sales staff with coordination and administrative tasks
Enter and maintain information in QuickBooks
Assist with organizing sales data, proposals, and internal documentation
Conduct research to support client recruitment and market development
Administrative & Field Support
Provide light administrative support as needed
Assist with internal organization and process improvement
Periodic travel to job sites, client meetings, or events to gain product knowledge and build relationships
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, marketing, or a related business role
Strong creative skills paired with a business‑oriented mindset
Experience managing social media and basic marketing initiatives
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working closely with sales teams and leadership
Familiarity with QuickBooks (or willingness to learn)
Willingness to travel occasionally
Medical and dental health insurance
Potential for quarterly bonuses
