McMahon Associates is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This mid-level leadership role will play a pivotal part in executing high-impact marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate is a make-it-happen leader who takes on projects with experience, confidence and intentionality. The candidate we are looking for should be both a creative thinker and a tactical executor, capable of leading projects and mentoring junior staff while working cross-functionally across departments.
What You Get To Do (Essential Functions)
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Create compelling content across digital, print, and social platforms
Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all communications
Manage firm-wide digital media efforts, including website, SEO, and social media
Collaborate with leadership and technical staff to develop impactful proposals and presentations
Collaborate in the development of materials for project pursuits
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Oversee production of marketing collateral using graphic design software
Organize and promote events, webinars, and industry engagements
Track KPIs and report on campaign performance and ROI
Lead client and partner experience and survey process
Support Business Development by leading local marketing campaigns and initiatives
What We Expect From You
Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry
Proven leadership and team management skills
Added Skills That Can Separate You From Others
Experience with proposal development and RFP responses
Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or construction terminology
Familiarity with video production and editing tools
Understanding of branding in professional services firms
Exceptional eye for design, use of colors and images
