Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and results-driven GTM & Enablement Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution and sales enablement for Laerdal’s SimCapture solutions. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of product launches, pricing strategies, quote-to-cash processes, renewals, and marketing campaigns across all customer segments. You will develop and deliver impactful sales enablement toolkits, ensuring our teams are equipped to position SimCapture effectively and drive growth.

This role is a critical connector between product, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring seamless alignment and flawless execution of go-to-market strategies. You will also analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and optimizing future campaigns. Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning

Develop and manage North America GTM launch plans for products, solutions, and campaigns.

Define audience, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

Align stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing; adapt strategies to market changes.

Customer Experience & Insights

Design GTM programs that enhance the customer journey.

Gather and analyze feedback to improve enablement and outcomes.

Ensure all materials and campaigns deliver a seamless experience.

Sales Enablement

Create playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, and talk tracks.

Deliver training sessions (live, webinars, digital modules).

Equip sales teams to confidently articulate value propositions.

Technology & Automation

Utilize enablement platforms, conversation intelligence, and revenue tools.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize GTM execution.

Content Development

Collaborate on messaging and value propositions.

Produce toolkits, solution briefs, case studies, and short-form video content.

Tailor collateral for buyer personas, verticals, and sales stages.

Sales Tools & Adoption

Ensure access to sales tools and track asset usage.

Optimize content based on engagement data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product teams on positioning and launch readiness.

Support campaign execution and demand generation.

Align priorities with sales leadership.

Measurement & Optimization

Define KPIs (asset adoption, win rates, funnel contribution).

Monitor campaign performance, portfolio trends, and competitive activity.

Continuously improve GTM and enablement materials.

Continuous Learning

Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in GTM enablement.

Requirements

Ideal candidate must reside on the East Coast

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field required. MBA is preferred

5 -10 years of marketing experience with at least 2–3 years in med tech, SaaS

Experience marketing into Healthcare, ProEd or PreHospital segments or clinical experience in the healthcare market is desirable

Strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer journeys, and B2B marketing

Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com) and experience with enablement platforms

Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

Superior communication skills: clear, persuasive, and inspiring in both written and verbal communication.

Proven analytical and quantitative skills: ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with influence and develop scalable solutions/strategies

Solid understanding of product marketing, inbound marketing, and content marketing. Familiar with the process of product management and how product marketing fits into it.

Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools. Must be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Self-driven and flexible enough to work in a hyper-growth environment.

Comfortable with data and metrics; strong analytical ability with test and learn mentality for tweaking, experimenting, and continuous optimization

Flexible hours; occasional international coordination

Able to lift demo products and stand at events

~25% travel required (Specific travel requirements will be discussed during the interview process)

Salary Range $95,000 - $106,000, eligible for 9% annual bonus
