Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
CPFA, QKA, CRPS, or equivalent preferred.
FINRA Series 6/7/65/66 licenses are strongly preferred.
Candidates without the required licenses must obtain the Series 65 within the first 120 days of employment.
Knowledge & Experience
5–10 years of experience in retirement plan services or sales, including direct client-facing responsibilities. Experience with retirement plan recordkeeping, investment platforms, and compliance requirements is required. Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Technical functions
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI and data management tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
