Role Description These are fully remote Sales Development roles (commission only). The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities, developing a healthy sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, setting up team meetings, maintaining customer relationships, and building the AI Outsourcing brand. The role will also involve close collaboration with the marketing and business development teams to achieve sales goals and expand the company’s client base.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and sales pitch delivery
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach
Understanding of the financial, accounting, and professional services industries, particularly related to outsourcing and AI solutions
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales pipeline management
Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented approach to work
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or IT related fields
Previous sales or business development experience in a related industry is a plus
