Voltage, LLC is looking for a Lead Sales Support Specialist to support our fast-growing Sales organization. In this role, you’ll act as the operational heartbeat of the sales team — managing workflows, supporting customer requests, ensuring smooth order execution, and partnering across departments to keep everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotes. Support sales reps with high-traffic accounts and assist with quoting during travel periods. Order & Process Management
Track sales bookings and coordinate order fulfillment with inventory and shipping. Define, document, and optimize standardized sales processes. Generate and analyze sales reports and assist with forecasting. Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Stay up-to-date on product catalogs and communicate updates internally. Partner with Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Project Management to support seamless operations. Admin & Inventory Support
Assist with pricing updates, meeting notes, pre-qualification applications, and sales-related documents. Help ensure customers receive timely inventory, service, and lead-time updates. Training
Support onboarding and training for new sales team members. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or similar roles. CRM proficiency and experience with sales reporting tools. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. Proactive problem-solver with process-optimization mindset. Our Commitment
