to support a portfolio of
entertainment and high-volume corporate travel clients . This role is ideal for a polished travel professional with a passion for
luxury service, precision, and client excellence . Position is based in
Los Angeles
and requires the ability to
commute for a hybrid schedule .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned
entertainment and corporate travel accounts , including VIP and executive travelers
Deliver
white-glove, high-touch service
for complex and time-sensitive itineraries
Oversee
high-volume corporate travel programs
while maintaining service quality and accuracy
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams
Ensure adherence to client travel policies, SLAs, and duty of care standards
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, efficiency, and account growth
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a
travel agency or TMC environment
Proven experience supporting
entertainment, luxury, and high-volume corporate clients
Strong proficiency in
Sabre GDS
Deep understanding of airfare, hotel, car, and VIP travel services
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Must be able to
commute to Los Angeles office
for a
hybrid work schedule
