Engagement, Events & Business Development Manager / VIP Client Manager Strategic, relationship-driven leader responsible for creating and executing unforgettable brand experiences for VIP clients, key retail partners, and industry stakeholders across the country.

Role Overview This role blends event strategy, experiential marketing, client relationship management, and business development, with a strong focus on cultivating high-value relationships and driving long-term growth through meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities VIP Client & Relationship Management

Develop and manage relationships with VIP clients, top retail partners, and key industry stakeholders

Serve as a primary point of contact for select high-value clients, delivering white-glove service and personalized engagement

Design tailored experiences and touchpoints that strengthen loyalty and increase lifetime value

Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand partnerships through relationship-led strategies

Experiential Events & Engagement

Conceptualize, plan, and execute luxury events and experiences nationally (e.g., private showings, trunk shows, destination events, exclusive previews, brand dinners)

Create immersive brand moments that align with the company’s identity, values, and business goals

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution and premium guest experience

Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and post-event follow-ups

Business Development & Growth

Support national business development efforts through client engagement strategies and events that drive sales and brand awareness

Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion

Analyze client feedback and engagement data to refine strategies and improve ROI

Work closely with sales leadership to align engagement initiatives with revenue objectives

Brand Representation & Strategy

Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and client functions

Ensure all client interactions and experiences reflect luxury standards and brand positioning

Stay current on luxury, jewelry, and experiential marketing trends to continually elevate offerings

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in luxury client management, events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or business development

Background in luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands strongly preferred

Proven success managing VIP relationships and executing high-touch experiences

Strong business acumen with the ability to link engagement efforts to revenue growth

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required
