Sales Supervisor – Retail
Shoppers Drug Mart #203
Location: 1301 Main St suite 701, Penticton, BC V2A 5E9
Salary: $23.08 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week.
Employment terms: Permanent full-time. Early morning, morning, day, evening.
Responsibilities
Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
Manage cash
Conduct performance reviews
Requirements Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
