Summary of Position:
The Treatment Coordinator is a pivotal role to LOA Orthodontics and serves as a primary point of contact for potential customers. This role will focus on customer development and ensuring excellent customer service to promote the business and retention. This role will provide a wealth of knowledge of treatment plans and best practices.

Responsibilities
Obtaining high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options.
Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment while tracking satisfaction with work provided.
Contact patients/guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the appointment.
Communicate to office management if schedules are not filled for consults.
Present treatment plans and give estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner.
Educate and discuss the Orthodontist's treatment plan after diagnosis and review by the clinical staff with the patient.
Ensure patients are cleared for treatment, including all cleanings and restorations, before beginning treatment.
Promote and uphold the values of Orthodontic Partners in all aspects of the job.
Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ensure patients are compliant with appointments and financial obligations, and send appropriate communication leading up to or including termination from treatment.
Drive results and strive to consistently achieve goals set forth by management.
Other duties as required.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)
1‑3 Years of relative experience
