As a Sales Team Leader at Ocean Spray Cranberries, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and broker partners providing guidance, motivation, and training to ensure their success. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and broker partners to optimize sales processes, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
A Day in the Life...
Responsible for leading a team of Regional Business Managers and/or National Account Managers to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and profit targets in assigned channel.
Primary contact for the overall Ocean Spray retail relationship and facilitator of co‑op scorecarding performance.
Liaison for total grocery with our broker partner and responsible for driving broker communication, strategy, scorecarding, accountability, retail projects and communication across the grocery channel.
Identifies opportunities to build OSC business and to reach Customer's Goals.
Manage performance and monitor progress vs. plan with regards to volumes, budgets, spending, MBO's. etc.
Collaborates with Marketing, Trade Planning, Operations, Sales Strategy & Commercialization, and Sales Managers to develop strategies and tactics that deliver the annual operating volume and profit plan.
Analyzes divisions sales and broker performance and makes corrections to plan.
Accountable for financial management, including trade budgets, consumer budgets, trade deductions, product unsaleable and team T&E budget.
Responsible for recruiting, development and succession planning of direct reports
Coordinates and develops the sales and channel activities within a geographical territory / Customer and provides individual development and cross‑training for support staff as well as for brokers.
Instrumental in motivating team, driving a highly engaging and inclusive culture and holding team and yourself accountable to living our GRIT values daily.
Responsible for working with leadership and team members to develop and manage IDP's for team members to ensure development and advancement of high potential team members.

Annual Salary: $147,200 - $202,400
The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
