What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Run and enhance the forecasting cadence for the North America Commercial and SMB business
Design, develop, test, and deploy Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis using existing datasets and dashboards
Recommend business process improvements through data analysis and testing
Present findings and analyses to department leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proficient in SQL to query large data sets
Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree
Experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or a similar field
Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
Ability to confidently identify and communicate business insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a technology-focused environment
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proven track record of continuous improvement and feedback integration
