Commercial Lines Account Manager
Our client is actively seeking a team-oriented and detail-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager with a passion for fostering strong relationships and serving Property & Casualty (P&C) customers. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with clients, their representatives, and insurance company personnel.
Accurately and efficiently manage electronic client account records and file documentation using agency management systems.
Contribute as a proactive team member in a fast-paced, continuously improving environment.
Assist with renewals and new business, including reviewing and preparing submission applications.
Analyze quotes, prepare proposals, review contracts (including indemnification), and issue Certificates of Insurance.
Evaluate bids, solicit quotes for additional coverages, and communicate any coverage deficiencies to clients.
Manage account invoicing, including processing endorsements, audits, and change requests.
Participate in policy reviews for new and existing clients.
Qualifications
Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance.
3+ years of experience, preferably with complex accounts.
Ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy (critical for this role).
Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applied EPIC preferred.
Compensation Package
Up to $85k (depending on experience)
