The Strategic Alliance Manager in the Zone, is responsible for fostering high-impact alliances with global and regional system integrators and technology partners across the Zone. This role owns the execution of regional go-to-market initiatives, co-sell frameworks, and strategic growth programs that drive pipeline development, revenue generation, and digital transformation outcomes.
This position will be remote and can be based anywhere in the continental US. You’ll make an impact by: Main Responsibilities: Strategic Partner Leadership
Build, expand, and manage strategic alliances within the Zone aligned with global ecosystem goals.
Cultivate executive-level relationships across partner organizations to drive trust and mutual business value.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and long-term joint business planning.
Regional Go-to-Market Execution
Localize and execute global GTM strategies across regions, tailored to market dynamics and partner capabilities.
Own the creation of joint opportunities with identified set of GSI’s.
Enable co-selling, marketing collaboration, and joint solution launches within the Zone.
Lead enablement, including training, certifications, and field engagement within the Zone.
Metrics, Performance, and Governance
Define and report KPIs: pipeline growth, revenue impact, deal velocity, customer success.
Ensure compliance with contracts, partner SLAs, and operational processes.
Analyze partnership effectiveness and optimize programs for regional and Zonal success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to align alliance strategy with regional and zone priorities.
Be the internal voice for partner success in each zone, advocating for tools, support, and investments.
Innovation and Solution Development
Identify unmet customer needs, as well as regional and zonal trends, to drive differentiated, partner-led solutions.
Lead or support co-innovation projects integrating Siemens and partner technologies.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Qualifications:
Experience
: 10+ years Proven track record in partnerships, business development, channel management, or alliances, with at least 5 years of experience in the Industrial software or automation industry.
Business Acumen
: Strong strategic thinking, solution mind set, analytical skills, and understanding of market trends.
Communication
: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with comfort in public speaking.
Negotiation
: Ability to orchestrate at executive level, work in matrix structure.
Leadership
: Ability to manage complex projects, drive alignment, and influence stakeholders.
Education
: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or an Engineering.
