Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Representative based in Cleveland, OH. As an Agency Sales Representative, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, identify and generate leads, present Colonial Life's workplace benefit solutions, and educate prospective clients about policies and coverage options. You will also collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, attend training sessions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and ongoing communication.
Qualifications
Sales and relationship management skills, including client prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
Proficiency in presenting solutions and educating clients on benefit policies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team to achieve sales goals
Previous experience in sales or insurance is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Licensing in required lines of insurance or willingness to obtain licensure
