Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Century Business Technologies, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring a Junior Sales Representative. This role serves as a sales associate in training, providing hands‑on experience across business development and field sales with a clear path into an Outside Sales Representative role. You will support our sales team by generating leads, setting appointments, and joining client calls and meetings. Make $60k at plan in your first year!
What You’ll Be Doing
Establish relationships with decision-makers and clients.
Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for Account Executives.
Support Account Executives by joining client visits, meetings, and presentations.
Learn territory planning, sales processes, and pipeline management.
Build confidence through training, coaching, and hands‑on learning.
What We’re Looking For
No sales experience required, but having some exposure is an asset.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills.
Interest in growing into an outside sales role.
Ability to meet goals while collaborating with the marketing and sales team.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
