Overview
We are seeking an experienced Single-Family LuxuryHome Renovation Superintendent to overseean interior and exteriorremodel of a high-end single-family residence in Houston.
Responsibilities This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction and renovation, coordinatingand oversightingsubcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, maintainingschedules/timelines,adhering to thebudgetprovided, receiving and inventorying all materials,and serving as the primary liaison between the Owner andSubcontractors.
Qualifications The ideal candidate has extensive experience(10 year minimum)with high-end residentialfinishes, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a proven portfolio of completed projects.
Location:Houston, TXProject Duration:10 months – 1 yearEmployment Type:Full-Time, OnsiteCompensation:PotentialSix-Figure Salary (commensurate with experience)
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and Insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable working in a fully onsite construction environment
Ability to oversee contractors full-time and manage daily operations
