What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and manage a lucrative book of business by introducing innovative recruitment solutions to top‑tier Pharma brands and CROs

Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within Pharma and CRO accounts

Manage and expand your sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities

Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline for revenue attainment

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of experience, including 2 or more years of proven digital media sales success (clinical research/pharma preferred)

Experience selling digital media solutions to achieve client goals

Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Office, and Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)

Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex, highly regulated sales cycles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in solution/value‑based selling

Experience with healthcare or similar highly regulated clients (pharma/patient recruitment experience preferred)
