This position will start with a training period of one month with administrative and sales tasks as well as on the job training to learn how to estimate residential painting jobs. As you learn and grow, generate new leads, and help increase our amount of business, the position will become fully commission based - you can earn as much as you are motivated to!
Duties
Residential estimates and sales with good earning potential
Pre position fielding incoming sales calls and scheduling
Maintaining calendars for leads
Data entry, and document preparation.
Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks to enhance office efficiency.
Cold calling potential clients and leads
Other office and marketing responsibilities to build a solid pipelineThis position requires work in-person at our office.
Experience
Previous customer service experience a must
Previous sales experience is ideal but not necessary
Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Social Media
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clientele
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy work environment.
