About the role
Position : Associate, B2B Operations & Album Sales Location : hello82 | Los Angeles, CA Work Hours : M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM This role supports the day-to-day operations of hello82’s B2B album sales business. You will manage orders, timelines, and documentation across multiple releases while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments Key Responsibilities
Support B2B album sales operations across multiple concurrent releases Manage order details, quantities, timelines, and requirements with precision Track projects and deadlines using Asana and maintain clear communication via Slack Coordinate with internal commerce, production, and operations teams Maintain trackers, documentation, and reporting for sales and partner activity Support release-week execution to ensure operational consistency Collect and organize sales data and assist with internal reporting Communicate professionally with external partners Identify inefficiencies and help improve operational workflows Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, e-commerce, or a related field Fluent in Shopify workflows and terminology Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides Working knowledge of Slack and Asana for daily communication and project management Strong written and verbal communication with a professional business tone Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage large workloads and multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable in high-speed, frequently changing environments Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented Nice to Have
Experience in music, entertainment, or consumer products Familiarity with retail or wholesale workflows
