# Customer Development Specialist NL###### Share this job opportunityAs Customer Development Specialist, you will act as the main point of contact within Trade Marketing concerning Dutch retail customers and work in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing to provide the development of the Company Plan. Additionally, you will perform ad-hoc analyses to share both internally & externally, support Sales in the preparation of offers to customers and maintain track of the actual in-store implementation of agreed activities with strong focus on the shopper experience.The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in sales, marketing, or another relevant field, and brings 1-2 years of experience in sales or trade marketing roles, ideally with different channels & clients (retail, hard discount, non-food retail, e-commerce, out of home). A strong understanding of FMCG dynamics is crucial, along with knowledge of the Dutch food retail environment.

Analytical skills from customer performance to financial dimensions are essential, as well as familiarity with data management (Nielsen, YouGov, etc.).
