What You’ll Do
Engage with Technical Leaders : Run discovery calls with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Senior Developers
Deliver Compelling Demos : Show how Blitzy’s AI platform transforms their development process
Own Complex Sales Cycles : From first touch through proof-of-concept to contract close
Drive Customer Success : Manage relationships post-sale to expand Blitzy usage across enterprises
Review AI-Generated Code : Work with clients to validate autonomously developed repositories
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Bridge our AI engineering team with customer needs
What We’re Looking For Required
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (exceptional undergrads considered)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering workflows
Competitive mindset with proven track record of excellence (sports, debate, competitions, academics)
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and compellingly
Excitement about startup environments and high ownership
You’ll Stand Out If You Have
Experience managing technical projects or teams
Background in consulting, tutoring, or client-facing roles
Participation in hackathons or AI/ML projects
Leadership experience in technical organizations
