We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer working within the Sales area, across one or more Sales Area Managers, Front Line Sales staff of the GEA R&C organizations worldwide and Application Managers in all sales activities.
How you'll make an impact
Sales support & proposals: Collaborate with Sales Area Managers and Front Line staff to prepare customer-specific offers, coordinate across departments for timely and accurate creation, and track proposal progress in CRM and Sales tools.
Contract & legal management: Support tender procedures (BID), evaluate and prepare NDAs, customer contracts, and Master Agreements for the Legal Department, and draft contracts aligned with GEA templates.
Customer & correspondence management: Handle customer relationships and correspondence before, during, and after order acquisition; coordinate communication across departments; manage post-contract follow‑up with Project Management; ensure proper digital filing and documentation.
Content & documentation: Prepare and manage internal process documentation (sales orders, advance payment verification), translate sales documents and technical reports, and record relevant data in company systems.
Events & visits: Support organization of customer visits and events.
Operational & analytical tasks: Process sales orders in ERP, ensure tracking and filing, proactively contribute to inside sales activities, manage focus country operations, and perform KPI analysis.
Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business/linguistic disciplines.
Excellent knowledge of English and French languages.
Strong experience in the role in engineering companies with technical background.
Excellent knowledge of Office Package and Outlook, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with CRM and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Flexible, dynamic and with a good attitude to problem solving.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discipline in following processes and assigned standards.
