Job Overview The firm is a leading chartered accountancy practice in Hale, Altrincham seeking an ambitious Accounts and Audit Senior to join their growing team. The successful candidate will benefit from a well‑renowned firm’s platform for personal progression and development with hybrid working and potential to progress to Client Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare the audit plan and ensure it addresses audit objectives.
Take an active part in audit planning and fraud discussion to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy.
Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion.
Ensure planned audit work is completed to satisfy audit objectives.
Supervise and develop junior members of staff.
Prepare year‑end accounts for limited companies.
Skills & Qualifications
ACCA / ACA Qualified or final stages of studies.
Experience leading audit assignments.
Client‑facing and supervisory experience.
