An Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills.

This requisition is in addition to JP16265, which is located in Pensacola, FL. The leader would like to also consider applicants from Winchester, VA as well.
There will be a total of twelve Instructional Designers hired between Winchester and Pensacola. This requisition is only for those candidates who will be assigned to Winchester.
We request that the candidate preferably resides within the local area, within city or town limits.
Schedule Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week (Ensuring to meet NFCU Hybrid Guidelines). Hybrid expectations change April 2026 to a minimum of 3 days per week onsite however 2 days per week will be required until the anticipated change in policy.
The first week may require the applicant to be fully onsite to accommodate onboarding.
The contract will run until 06/30/2026 with any extension being based upon performance and business unit needs as that time comes.
