Expertise in e‑learning tools Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies Strong visual design and content development skills Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness This requisition is in addition to JP16265, located in Pensacola, FL. The leader would also consider applicants from Winchester, VA. Twelve Instructional Designers will be hired between Winchester and Pensacola. This requisition is only for candidates assigned to Winchester. We prefer candidates who reside within the local area, within city or town limits. Schedule Type
Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week, ensuring to meet NFCU Hybrid Guidelines. Hybrid expectations will change in April 2026 to a minimum of 3 days per week; however 2 days per week will be required until the anticipated change in policy. The first week may require the applicant to be fully onsite to accommodate onboarding. Contract Duration
