Competitive, based on experience Job Description: Seeking a full-time employee whose primary responsibilities include writing and sending letters of intent to purchase to qualified sellers, negotiating terms, and securing contracts on behalf of Hill Erickson LLC. The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, negotiation abilities, and representing Hill Erickson within set parameters. Maintain Company Negotiating certification through training and development programs. Develop and revise personal achievement plans, reporting progress regularly. Contact qualified sellers, draft and send Letters of Intent, negotiate terms, and secure contracts. Complete necessary paperwork, type at least 30 WPM, and utilize basic computer applications. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, relate well with sellers, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. The above outlines the general responsibilities and expectations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Candidates should possess the knowledge and skills outlined below. Essential Education, Work Experience, and Skills: High School Diploma required. Experience in structuring real estate deals is preferred.
