Marketing Lead
The Marketing Lead will oversee the execution of omnichannel communications campaigns (including email, digital, and direct mail) aimed at acquiring new members and retaining existing ones. This role will focus on implementing strategies for new Affordable Care Act (ACA) markets.
Remote - Associate can work remotely anywhere in the United States
Oversee marketing for new business, from planning through launch and ongoing support, including website development and enrollment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations, product, compliance, legal, sales, creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
Analyze marketing data to report on activity and trends, optimize campaigns, and support executive reporting.
Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations for new and growth markets, including filing requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters related to marketing.
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Associate's degree required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5 or more years of experience managing omnichannel communications campaigns (email, digital, direct mail, etc.)
Manage relationships with external agency partners and vendors.
Initiate creative service requests and vendor engagements for project kickoff and development.
Apply plan knowledge to communication content and propose solutions with leadership support.
Track and manage materials through review software.
Consolidate edits and coordinate stakeholder outreach for status updates.
Maintain updates in work plans or dashboards.
Process and manage data for campaign execution.
Utilize SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for journey building, segmentation, campaign execution, reporting, and performance tracking.
