divh2Space Technology Subject Matter Expert/h2pAs a Space Technology Subject Matter Expert with MTSI you will be a lead advisor to DoD program managers and technical directors for the evaluation and transition of advanced space systems. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:/pulliProvide direct support to a Department of Defense customer for the Space Security and Defense Program./liliProvides advice, technical guidance and expertise to program staff in the following areas:/liulliSpace-based systems/liliMulti-domain systems/liliClassified technology transition/li/ulliInitiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a projects inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs/liliProvides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff/liliProvides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulli15 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than five (5) years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment/liliExperience must include space technology, space architectures, air-space integration, and space control systems./liliMust be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated/liliExcellent oral, written, and reporting communication skills/liliAbility to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment/liliAbility to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations/li/ulpMinimum Educational Requirements:/pulliMasters Degree in a science, engineering, or technical field/liliPhD degree in a science, engineering, or technical field DESIRED/li/ulpClearance Requirements:/pulliTop Secret, SCI Eligible; SAP experience within last 5 years or SCI in lieu of./li/ul/div
