
The State of Georgia is seeking a skilled
CRM Administrator / Project Coordinator
with hands-on experience in
Oracle Service Cloud
and the ability to coordinate
medium-sized projects .
In this dual role, you will support CRM system administration, configuration, integrations, and enhancements while also coordinating project activities, timelines, documentation, and communication across teams.
This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, workspaces, workflows, message templates, surveys, campaigns, databases, and permissions.
Assist in testing and verification of internal custom code, vendor software releases, patches, and add-ons.
Collaborate with Contact Center and Business Analyst teams to recommend system improvements, enhancements, and customizations that support business needs.
Work with technical leads, developers, DBAs, and system administrators to ensure system availability and perform regular business continuity testing.
Manage data integrity, including imports, migrations, integrations, and cleanup activities.
Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support for IT projects and enterprise systems—including code migration, change control, application security, performance, and availability.
Develop and maintain
Intelligent Advisor
interviews within Oracle Service Cloud.
Required Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong proficiency in CRM administration, data management, reporting tools, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana).
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
2–3 years
of CRM administration experience (Oracle Service Cloud preferred; Salesforce or Dynamics acceptable).
1–2 years
of project coordination or project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in the public sector.
