The CPL Field Specialist is responsible for ensuring
safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD)
to customers. This role executes service operations in line with company standards, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proactively manages risk at the wellsite. The Field Specialist also supports customer relationships and promotes continuous improvement in quality, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, high-quality service deliverables on time and in full compliance with job requirements. Lead safe and efficient
service execution
at the wellsite, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. Participate in
Job Risk Analysis (JRA)
and ongoing improvement initiatives. Build and maintain customer relationships, promoting company products and services. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through
self‑assessments, CAT processes, and wellsite inspections . Contribute to
Service Quality Meetings
with customers and drive performance improvements using action plans. Actively participate in
HSE and Quality programs , consistently adhering to PPE and safety policies. Maintain all required certifications and safety training. Experience & Skills
3–10 years of experience
in
completions or similar offshore field services . Strong
teamwork, communication, accountability, and dedication
skills. Basic proficiency in
Microsoft Office ; additional software training provided internally. Offshore field‑based position , preference for candidates local to
southern Louisiana
or with offshore experience. Typical
12‑hour shifts ; no fixed rotation—work is
project‑based
with an average of
15 offshore days per month . Physical Demands & Safety Requirements
Must pass
drug, alcohol, and fit‑for‑duty medical screenings
prior to onboarding. Must comply with all
offshore safety protocols , including PPE and HSE standards.
