owning operations
and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
Manage transactions from contract to close
Track deadlines, documents, and compliance requirements
Manage calendars, confirmations
Prepare weekly reports
Support listings, investors, and internal projects
Identify issues early and escape proactively
Qualifications
Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
Compensation $20 - $25 hourly
