Description We are looking for a motivated real estate agent who is intentional about building a six-figure income and is willing to follow structure, systems, and accountability to get there.
This role is best suited for an agent who treats real estate like a business, values coaching, and wants consistent opportunities to work with buyers—not someone looking for a side hustle or passive income.
Responsibilities
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Follow‑up with leads to increase sales
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Top‑notch time management skills and highly organized
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Driven, self‑motivated and desires professional growth
Tech savvy
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Compensation $65,000 - $110,000 yearly
